To whom it may concern,
I hope you are fine, My name is zarlasht Haidary and 22 days ago , 28th of February, I applied for National visa in German Embassy. As long as I got accepted in one of universities in Germany. The German Embassy in Bishkek told me that for issuing visa it will take 14 days maximum. But its almost 22 days and still they dont have any answer. I am supposed to go to Germany in the beginning of April and am so much worried if I couldn't received any answer till that time.
Please consider my issue and reach me asap.

Please could you help us to find information about Governmental Contract between Ministry of finance of KR and Germany signed in 1994. Based on this Contract Germany delivered several mills for argicultural purposes to Kyrgyzstan from city Gamburg in 1996. We need to know exact numbers of these mills and originasl background of thier production. We also need to find out final destination and destribution of these mills through Ministry of finance, KR.
