I want to apply for VISA to go to Germany to visit Halle county particularly balenstedt where i get training three decades before. Is it possible to get visa? How much money shall i have for 10 days for accommodation and transport for me, my wife and three children.

I just received last Friday15 july 2016 letter of acceptance from Germany university and came to Germany Embassy-in Adis Ababa ,Ethiopia on monday 18 july 2016 and told by receptionst to apply on line .unfortunately, their is no availability (meaning until january 2017 no appointment ) to apply online so as my deadline for study in Germany is very soon i.e beginning of October 2016. Therfore , would you please assist me by exception how to overcome the challenges . Unless otherwise I will lose the scholarship .

I stay in germany for the alat two years and I hold a redidence permit for three years,according the Germany immigration law I soon as I received the residence permit I aplied in the Germany immigration authority to join with my families lived in Addis abeba in febrauary the 10th 2016.
I have tried several times direct telephone and writing writing but unfortunately the answer was fair.i am not asking visa I am asking the the exact appointment where can my family condacting the Germany consulate in the embasy in Ethiopia? Some guys who applied behind me they already know their family appointment within days and mine application is already made 4 months.Why the embacy is neglecting the right information to me? If I do not know the accurate information belong to me and my family the consequences are so davating.
I am writng these letter to know the exact appointment/Der genau Termin meiner Familie/ of my family in the embasy.

I made a phone call to the German Embassy/visa section/ in Addis Ababa on 12 April 2016 at 15:40 hrs (3:40 pm local time) to ask info. But, the lady who received my phone call was not willing to hear my request, and even mistreated me by her response. Her response on phone was not professional and unacceptable character by any standard. So, please advise/train her how to treat customers on phone. By the way, I tried to ask her name but she closed the phone on my ear. I think she is a local staff in the embassy since she speaks good Amharic language.
