am holding a filipino passport and presently here at vang vieng laos visiting a friend. can i apply a tourist visa to france my sponsor/friend will be paying for my ticket,visa fee , insurance and other expenses that might occur during my stay.

I have plan go to Sweden, but the embassy of Sweden is not abailable in Vaintaine Laos, So the French Embassy can help me to Visa?

I'm a Lao and I am preparing the trip to to visit France for traveling. Now I have the guarantee certificate from a French who I will go to see and stay with them in their house while I am in France.I will stay there for three months. So, I would like to know about the requirements of obtaining the French Visa,and I also would like to know the total expense on visa assurance(all are included), How long can I get it? and what is the main process that i have to pass? AND HOW I WILL BE OBTAINED THE FRENCH VISA FOR THAT?
