Could you please direct me to the site of citizenship for an adult whose family resides in France... whose mother was born in France.. Grandmother was French as is the rest of the family.

I hold a British/ EU passport... British born.

My daughter would like to enrol to University of Strasburg for the 1st year of Undergraduate Low studies. She has been advised that she needed to take the DAP test first and that she should contact French Embassy in Canada for more information. We live in Toronto.

One of our freind (Older lady) would like to visit her relative in France. She is permanent resident in Canada (Toronto)and possess Canadian travel document (Blue Passport). Does she need to Aplly for a visa? and if yes, How long does it take? I would really appreciat your respond .

PENSION FORMS
WHERE CAN I OBTAIN PENSION FORMS FOR MY MOTHER-IN-LAW WHO NOW RESIDES IN CANADA? SHE WAS RECEIVING A PENSION FROM FRANCE, BUT HAS NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING IN YEARS. SHE IS 94 YEARS OLD. SHOULD SHE BE ENTITLED TO THIS PENSION.
