Hey everyone ii just want to ask something pls will am 17 year old my mother have passport french my sister to but one thing is ii dont have so my mother trying to put for me to get the ppl tell her and 5months but wow it done pass and ntn so what ii should do ii have a baby born on the french side she just make 1 yearl and she dont have paper she dont ever have doctor because ii dont have wow ii really need some help

Hi! My daughter Shtunder Nataliia live in St.Martin with her son Vadym ( they both Dutch residens).
Nataliia has French visa for one years! She has in passport her son (9 years old).
She like to vit Paris fr 2 days on August!

Can a Dominican Resident transit France without a Visa?
i am presently living in st.domingo and would like to go back to st. martin to live with my wife and three sons that needs me now more than ever can i would like to know what they can do from st. martin so that i can obtain a french visa at least before christmas the cry of my children [daddy come back home]on phone is breaking my heart to pieces HELP ME PLEASE
