You may contact the Prefecture (collector's office0 of the place where you are going to live, You can contact also the Mairie, They will guide you..Yours sincerely
Sir,
You can try to get the prescribed form and then renew your appln for "aide juridictionnelle". Further you have to prove that you are an indigent person. Further the time for appeal should not be over,
Yours sincerely
Sir, secrétariat Greffe de la cour d'Appel de Paris has rejected my request for legal aid on the grounds that "le recours, formé par lettre simple, n'a pas été introduit dans les formes prévues dans les dispositions de l'article 59 du décret du 19 décembre 1991, modifie par le décret du 15 mars 2011." How can I proceed further? Please advise.

Ms.
Please at first know whether you are eligible to get french nationality by filiation, For this you have to prove that either your father or mother was of french nationality at the time of your birth,
Secondly, your intended stay of 2 years for studies in France will not entitle you to get french nationality, After your studies, you will be sent away by French Adninistation. You can try to get renewal of visa for further studies or work contract in France. If you are a bachelor and marry a french national, you can stay in France as a wife of a french spouse and acquire in this capacity the french nationality ny deckaration. Yours sincerely
