If you are from Tamil Nadu, you are Indian. You can visit France as a tourist with french short term visa. In this connection, You can contact French embassy or consulate in Singapoor. Yours sincerely

- En cette journee internationale, la France est mobilisee pour mettre fin a toutes les formes de violences faites aux femmes et aux filles. Au moins 35% d'entre elles sont touchees dans le monde et jusqu'a 70% dans certains pays. Le rapport publie par le G7 le 25 novembre sur les victimes sexuelles dans les conflits montre la gravite de la situation........

If you are born in Fr.India before 16.8.1962 and your father is French, the franco indian treaty of cession, 1956 will be applicable.
If born after, you should prove that your father or mother was french at the time of your birth, Yours sincerely,

Regrading my french nationality

Sir,
If you wish to apply for french nationality certificate, you have to prove that at the time of your birth, either your father or mother was french.
Otherwise you can go to France with indian passport for higher studies purposes or on work contract duly approved by French Government. Further if you are Indian bachelor, you can marry a french lady and go to France as husband of a french wife after getting french visa. Yours sincerely
