There is no publication in India regarding french nationality. But you can refer french civil code dealing with french nationality. Previously there was a separate code for french nationality. now its provisions are inserted in the french code civil. Regarding french India, you have to know the effects of the franco-indian treaty of 1956 which came into force on 16.08.1962.
