You are in Singapore. l)Please get an appointment in the French embassy/consulate in Singopore to discuss your matter.2)If you have a passport of Singapore Govt, you can spply for french visa in the said embassy/consulate and go to France as a tourist with all your papers.Then you consult in France an experienced french advocate and know your case. Il me semble d'apres votre reponse que M. le greffier en chef vous a rappelle qu'une decision de rejet a ete rendue a votre encontre le 29/04/2009 sous le numero cnf 4380/2009 et par M' le Garde des sceaux le 11/6/2010 sur recours. Donc vous ferez bien de contacter votre avocat de TGI en France et faire le necessaire pour introduire une affaire de declaration de nationalite francaise devant le TGI concerne. Merci
