My relative was born in St Maarten but was taken to Jamaica at an early age. His mother died shortly in Jamaica. He is now about 25 years of age. About 3 months ago he was able to acquire a copy of his Birth paper from St. Maarten via his relative living in St Maarten. What is the requirement for him to acquire a St. Maarten passport
I am being invited to france, the person said base on my time I will be spending in the country which is three months, he as to take out a insurance incase of accident or anything should happen to me. My question is "is this really a fact that he as to take out a insurance for me?"

I am a jamaican 20 year old polixe officer and france as always been the county I want to visit and its my world cup team as well I dont want to apply for any visa execpt france ao am waiting ao whats the procedure.
