I was born in french st. Martin 2001 to jamaican parents but i was registered and i have a french birth certificate i was brought to Jamaica where i got Jamaican rights and stayed there throughout my 16 years of life.. how do i come about getting back my french rights if it's possible I'm currently living in dutch st.
