Iam Asim Ahmed Hassan Adam and Mustafa Mohamed Ali El Bella from Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, we intend to travel on an official mission to participate in the Intergovernmental meetings on the world Convention on the recognition of Higher Education qualifications which will be held from 18th - 22nd March 2019 at the UNESCO Headquarter in Paris, France.
