ESL Employment and which visa for Chinese wife
To Whom It May Concern,

I am currently living and working in China as an ESL Educator. I am a British citizen with 8 years of teaching experience. I wish to find an ESL teaching position anywhere in France. I am looking at teaching adults but have experience in teaching kids too. My only concern is for my Chinese wife. I do not know which visa I should I apply for. I will look at coming to France in early 2015 as I am already committed to a school until then. Thank you for any information regarding this and thank you for your time.

Why is my dual nationality a problem for my Chinese wife's visa application?
I am a British and an Australian citizen. We have been told by our Chinese travel agent that because of my dual nationality my Chinese wife of seven years must present her application in person in Guangzhou. Is this true? It does not make any sense. If anything, my dual nationality should be a plus not a negative.

I have apply a short stay visa to france and i recieved a refusal note this is what it say in frech....votre volontre de quitter le territoire des etats membres avant l'expiration du visa n'a pas pu etre etables
