By virtue of an authorization entrusted to us by Dr. HilalBin Ateeq AlEssaAl Qubaisidated 16/12/2009, Please be advised of the following :



Whereas Dr. Hilal Bin Ateeq Al Essa Al Qubaisiwas one of the senior officials of Qatar Petroleum Co. Job No. (16430) who remained in the civil service for twenty yearsand as per his complain, we were notified thereby that he was hospitalized in a medical institution in Qatar where he was notoriously injected by means of an internationally banned medicament and accordingly, he was a subject to satellite communication and as a consequence thereof, he started to suffer depression and insomnia failing work or driving ability the matter that he was faced by compulsion to seek medical assistance abroad as he has sought the same in Germany, England, UAE, Egypt and in the State of Qatar as well. As a result thereof, he has sustained financial burdens not less than five million US Dollars during the period from 1997 till the time being.



Whereas Such physical and mental disability suffered thereby are to be attributed to M/S Ahmed Hamid Al Shabei; the Proprietor of Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel, Mohammed KhalifaTurki Al Subaie, an ex- official at Qatar Petroleum Co., and Mohammed Butti Al Hamid, in his capacity as the owner of B.M.W CO. in Abu Dhabi, the matter that the same shall be deemed as a crime to be punished according to all international applicable laws.

Greetings,
We would like to inform you that Mohamed Tourky Al-Subaie assisted by Tourky El-Khater, an employee at Hamad Medical Corporation and they have smuggled hi tech ampules and they have deliberately injected my children with these dirty drugs at Maternity&Children hospital, and my wife Mrs..NourabintBadr El-manaie, and aforesaid, Mohamed Tourky Al-Subaie has backed the minister of education Youssef Kafood

They have taken the girls and boys out of schools and kindergartens, injected them with the same injection because the old have been born in USA and put the numbers of these injections on the Soviet satellite under Soviet Intelligence Services. This came as a retaliation from the part of Mohamed Tourky Al-Subaie after we have handed over the file covering the breaches of oil refinery managed thereby to the auditing bureau and the National Security Forces with violations tolling 3 Billion Riyals and he has tended to do such deeds as a revenge and lately injecting the kids and we take them daily to the hospitals for ventilation as they started suffering health and psychological problems affecting their educational gains and daily behavior and they have also injected my Son Ahmed with certain drugs causing malformations. Whenever I set my eyes on the child, Mohamed Tourky Al-Subaie says this child is not your own, this is my own child as I have slept with your wife and given birth to this child, he speaks to me about injections with which he has injected me with that drug and I can hardly sleep as a result of that crime.
I have travelled all over the world, met many doctors and used a lot of medicines. But all these efforts have gone in vain.


They talk to me along the day about method of the injection and they caused many health problems to me such as: torpidity, suffocation, mind controlling, brainwashing and pain in body because of the radiation from satellite and concentrating it on the jaw, which resulted in taking off four teeth, the last one was in London and because of these acts I cannot sleep suffering from many health and psychological problems. I have used a lot of medicines and injections, and after I discovered these injections we have call them several times and the lawyer also has called them in order to ask them to delete numbers of these injections from the satellite but they refused. If these injections have been put into person, they will see what he sees, hear what he hears and know what he thinks of. It is an intelligence program, and my question is who allow them to put these injections into me and my children.

One day, MohamedTourky Al-Subaie has talked to me about the injection that is inside me and said: you will take your daughter “Moza” to the emergency room after fifteen minutes, and after fifteen minutes my daughter has indeed come out from her room screaming, she is 19 years old, and saying: oh my heart, I feel pain in my heart. So, put my hand over her heart and feel that her heart is about to explode. We take her to the national hospital and many other hospitals because the pain has lasted for a long time. Then, we have taken her to Bangkok. There a hole in her heart has been discovered and we have transformed her to Jordan and performed an operation to cure that hole as he has injected my daughter and he has the number of the injection on the satellite.

Therefore, I claim liquidated damages as a compensation for my children with 1 billion Riyal for each and keep the Ministry of Health under an obligation to pay 8 billion Riyal, cause the personnel who have participated in these crimes to be punished under justice in order to be judged and executed, and call the criminal Mohamed Tourky whose phone no. 55522243 in order to delete numbers of injections from the Soviet satellite or the legal procedures shall be taken against Qatari Ministry of Health in national and international courts.

Harassment to the student by french university, professor and concerned authorities to complete study in france
A student from Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok was selected by french authorities for higher education in france. The student was harassed and has not been given opportunity to complete the study. The student is an indian and has been kept away from completing the study and get PhD degree. Protestation against such inhuman attitude by concerned french authorities continue.........
