Good Morning ,Referring to the below email and attached letters , kindly be informed that we have an agreement for supplying insulators from Sediver / Head quarter in Paris, advance payment have been paid, in order to finalize all related admin and payments we have to visit Sediver office in Paris, But unfortunately issuing visas are tacked too long , I would like to remind you that we had interview at the General France consulate- Erbil on 24 July 2012 and our documents with Erbil consulate recommendation have been submitted to you on 30 July 2012 .
So, Please let me know if there are any missed document in order to send you otherwise we are late and we appreciate your kind action for issuing our visas as soon as possible.

Je vous remercie pour votre prompte réponse ci-dessous.
Effectivement, notre société ayant son siège de direction générale à Nanterre France, possède une usine de fabrication en Italie.
Cependant, la visite des personnes en question a pour but de venir nous voir en France pour négocier les termes et conditions de paiement a savoir termes de Lettre de Crédit pour chaque Lot de livraison, (livraison des produits se fera en plusieurs fois / plusieurs Lots) par conséquence, il est nécessaire qu’ils nous rendent visite a plusieurs reprises avant livraison de chacun des Lots de produits.
De même, ils doivent visiter nos Laboratoires d’essais à Saint Yorre et à Bazet pour effectuer des essais sur chaque Lot avant de nous donner le feu vert pour expédier le matériel. Faute de quoi nous ne seront pas autorisés à expédier ce matériel.
Durant leur présence dans nos laboratoires ils suivront simultanément une formation technique sur nos produits et assisterons a une présentation de procédures de qualité ce qui fait partie de notre obligation envers eux.
En espérant avoir vous éclairer sur ce sujet,

I have a passport type(A) I took the number of times a visa from the Embassy of the French and Italian, but there is a problem every time you get a visa some countries and not Sngen Any does not include Germany, Sweden, Norway, please answer thank you.(hawnas_boskani@yahoo.com)

We got a visa via MAN DIESEL company for training in France, and we are waiting for the meeting in your Embassey to complete all the procedures to obtain the visa.
I would like to ask about the dates of meeting within the embassey....
