م/ فساد مالي داخل السفارة الفرنسية في بغداد
السادة الأفاضل،

نود اعلامكم بوجود شبكة فساد داخل السفارة الفرنسية في بغداد، وتتكون هذه الشبكة من بعض الموظفين داخل السفارة اضافةً الى مكتب للسياحة والسفر يقع بالقرب من السفارة. تتمثل عمليات الفساد هذه في أخذ مبالغ مالية اضافية كبيرة من المواطنين العراقيين الذين يرومون الحصول على تأشيرة السفر (شنغن فيزا)، وذلك مقابل تسهيل عملية المقابلة وتعجيلها.
لقد اكتشفنا شبكة الفساد هذه أثناء تقديمنا طلبات للحصول على التأشيرات وذلك للمشاركة في بعض المؤتمرات والفعاليات العلمية داخل فرنسا. علماً أن حالات الفساد هذه مستمرة منذ فترة طويلة.

Subject/ Corruption inside the French Embassy in Baghdad.
Dear Sirs,
We would like to inform you about the existence of a corruptive network inside the French embassy in Baghdad. This network contains some of the embassy employees, together with other employees in a nearby Iraqi tourism office. Those corruptive employees used to take extra large amount of money from Iraqi citizens who are willing to obtain Schengen visas, in order to facilitate and quicken the interview process.
We discovered this fraud scheme when we were trying to present our papers to obtain visas to participate in some conferences and scientific activities in France. Currently, those people continue to perform their illegal actions, and they are doing so since long time ago.

اللي يريد يحصل فيزا لازم يدفع 300 دولار حتى يحصل مقابلة
وبعدها لازم يدفع مبلغ ثاني حسب نوع الفيزا المطلوبة

Kindly, I want to inquire the French Embassy about Tourist Visa, I want to be very honest with you as I am employ in Telecommunication Company and At the same time, I have experience in general trading and have many international certifications in trade and I am also a member of the Chamber of Commerce, however I have all the conditions to get a Visa, but the problem here when I applied in Italian embassy on 21st Jan-2013 for commercial visa!? Unlucky they didn’t give a visa (attached is the reason) now can I request from your French Embassy about Tourist Visa because I like to visit Louvre Museum in Paris and for shopping also.
