Good Afternoon,
My wife and I were scheduled to collect our visas today (12th November, 2010), I was at the embassy today at about 10.00am for the collection but I was told that the visas are not ready, I was also told to check back Tuesday 16th November, 2010. We were suppose to travel on the 11th November, 2010 and all arrangement has been made, pls kindly advice us on how to reschedule our hotel reservation booking.
