when I try to download the pass port renewal form it comes something unusual. Please make it simple and convenient for customers. Pay for food website programmers.
Every time I call, someone answers the phone. I don't think extreme negative feedback will help. Going forward-constructive feedback: such as negative feedback with positive feedback is much better.

I tried to call many times but no answer
I have been trying to download your visa application from 3 different divides I can't get it to download each time I try it sends me back to your home page. Any Suggestions?
My husband is recently planned to come to Addis.So he needs your answer about his visa,but there no answer for his call from the embassy.Please answer the call or respond to his email.
THIS ETHIOPIA EMBASSY OPENED TO SERVE PEOPLE,TO HELP US WHAT WE NEED WHEN WE GO BACK HOME,TO ANSWER OUR QUESTION,BUT WHAT YOU GUYS ARE DOING IS PLAYING GAMES IF YOU DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE HOW CAN YOU HELP PEOPLE.WE ALL HAVE PROBELEMS WE CANT COME ALL THE WAY TO THE OFFICE ALL THE TIME.AND IF YOU DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE COOPORATE US THEN WHATS THE PONIT OF YOU BEING HERE ?????WE NEED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS TO THE STATE BORED AND THEY shall CLOSE THE ENTIRED EMBASSY!!!!
