Greetings,

I live in 601 E Ash ln apt edf 12 I have 4 years living in Fort Worth, Texas. I lived in Puerto Rico for eighteen years.

My problem is that I have a 8 year police persecution for five years in Puerto Rico, 4 years here in Texas. I have tried during this whole time to outcome this problem with justice, looking information like in the police of Puerto Rico as much as with the authority in Texas without a result from authorities deny that some problem exists with my person.

Because of this problem, I have a lot of problems of realizing myself as a person in all the ways possible, a lot of doors have been close to me and I have had problems with my family and friends, without mentioning that for looking for a job, studying, and even seeking help from the government has been almost impossible.

Sadly, I am a single mother with two daughters, divorced and I don’t look living of the government. It’s been impossible to learn English. I don’t know what I can do to keep going forward with my two daughters.

In this moment I have a job but it has not been easy to keep going on the job, but I have been thinking of the necessities of my daughters. I have to hold the attacks of the people talking in the street.
It has been seven years in where I had to learn to live with the critic and pointing of the people and the authorities every time that I try to go in a store. I am alert that is a distraction for my daughters and for me, too.

During all this time, I have had to pass for different difficulties mostly in where I live there is always comments and gossip that’s why I am afraid to be “friends” with anyone because there is always comments of something of my privacy.

I ask you to help me solve this problem. There are witness during these 4 years of persecution in Texas but we would have to ask if they could be witnesses. I would like to go to the trial of justice to defend my rights like others citizen in this country. I would like to clear my situation in this country. I just look for justice for me and my daughters. I trust the system of this country to help me. I know justice sometimes fail. I also wait for this letter to not just be read but for it to be helpful to look for a solution.

I understand that if I would be in jail, I would do the years. I would be out without any persecution without any house, car or any work comments or any listening to my phone calls without mentioning that they have put me against my own family and friends.

Every day I ask myself why the government is spends that much money in laws that aren’t really necessary that doesn’t help citizens in any way. I imagine that every day they violate the rights of the citizens’, everyday someone can’t defend themselves.

In my case, the authority and some lawyers have referred a psychological evaluation because they assume I am making this up .They know I am perfectly fine. They want to play with my mental and emotional health. I have two years waiting for an evaluation test result. The first one was eventually lost and I had to retake it for a second time and nobody knows anything still about the test results.

I have tried to look for help of lawyers but it has not been easy all of them have denied listening to me that is why I took the decision of writing this letter and s

.tengo mi pasaporte vensido. kiero renobarlo . pero vivo en kansas city missorri en este estado no cuento con un consulado dominicano . por fabor kiero saber si lo puedo solisitar con ustedes a traves del correo .

Porque cuando llamo al consulado, ustedes en vez de contestar y decir que llame al rato mejor le cuelgan a uno, que educacion.. mas baja. gasten un poco mas de dinero en tegnologia barata, que hacen e dinero ahi, se lo tragan?

APOSTILLAMIENTO DE ACTA DE NACIMIENTOS US
Como transmito el Apostillamiento de unas acta de nacimientos Amicana la 1ra- fue iniciada en Nyc y 2da- fue iniciada por la enbajada Americana en Santo Domingo. Estoy transmitiendo mi divorcio en Santo Domingo.Me piden que la apostillen y las envie a Santo Domingo para processar mi divorcio.
