Dear sir, madam,
This morning I saw some garbagebags were broken, and garbage all spread around in front of your embassy, like in a slum. The reason is that birds come and pick the food from the bags. This has happened more often lately.We are not sure if its your garbagebags or somebody elses in your house. Anyway, a big green container can solve this problem. I informedsomebody in your office this morning, the lady said she would do something. Now its 17.00 and nothing has happened yet.. its only 5 minutes work. We may trust that this mess is gone before the weekend.Its damaging the hygiene and beauty of our street and your building. Please help.
