I send my fiance to Egypt Consulate in Kampala and they refused to fingerprint her to obtain police record/certificate from Cairo, Egypt. But I read that any national who once reside in Egypt can be given fingerprint from any nearest consulate of Egypt. I feel like they're not willing to assist people at.
