Very disappointed with the service provided to the Egyptian citizens living in Canada. You spend a lot of time trying to have someone answer your call. Then if you manage to get someone on the phone, you end up with inaccurate information! Also the hours of operation are short. Why can't they have 9:00-5:00 hours
and more knowledgeable consulate staff to answer the calls. Last time went to issue Egypt National ID Card. I had to stand from 8:00 AM to 6:00PM to get it done. There was lack of organization, very crowded and disappointing experience, plus the money they charge for the service is ridiculous!
what should i do to renew my wife&kids expired old passports.knowing that we live in Mississauga ONTARIO.
