Hi I'm a Egyptian currently working in UAE.Me and my fiancée will travel this end of May in Philippines to get married in a Civil Wedding. And is it possible to get only this certificate here in Egyptian Embassy in Dubai and to bring this paper in Philippines? Please I need a answer ASAP..
