Egypt Business Visa for Vietnamese, Application in Vietnam
Dear Sir,
Could you kindly advise does a Vietnamese required to get an approval letter issue from the Police Quarters in Egypt in order to obtain a Business visa ?
We came to know that Filipino, Indian, Indonesian has to get this approval letter besides having the Invitation Letter from Egypt company.

i am Egyptian and have traveled to VN before and found that so rare to find any arabic can speak Vietnamese language .. even it's a very good country and it is going to shine soon .. so i want so much to learn the Vietnamese language .. and i have checked that with the Vietnamese embassy in Egyptian and have known there are some scholarship that r given to some Vietnamese to learn Arabic language in Cairo and Ain Sham Uni.
so i am sending this to ask about scholarship in VN to learn Vietnamese language as for exchange scholarships between the two countries
