Can you tell me how long it takes to renew an Ecuadorian passport?
I've been trying to reach anyone since Oct 28th at Miami office with no luck. Today again the same thing! We need someone to answer our questions. In a recording message of last week I heard the consulate closes at 2pm, wow.. really, is that an Ecuadorian culture thing! In another website you have different addresses of your location.
Someone give me Correa's number so i can have you all replace!!! This is so absurd to have gov agency to be this poor in customer service!
I also have been trying to contact the Consuls office with no avail!
I am embarrassed that my own countries Consulate office has terrible representation of answering quick questions for the consumer.
Would appreciate if someone would return my call ASAP

It is impossible to reach the Consulate by phone (calls are directed to extensions that have not been initialized to accept voice mail), and I have sent e-mails to every contact I can find but receive no response. I know my questions could be answered very quickly if I could just get to the right person.
