I'm from Curacao and have a dutch passport. I'm looking into the possibilities for my son & I to move to Dominican Republic. I need information on the requirements needed to move, open up a business and get my son enrolled in school. Could you please help?

I'm them USA, but my wife is Dominican Republic. She has a passport in Dominican Republic. She and I plan on going to the wedding Curacao on Nov 7, 2013. Is it ok with my wife on the passport or do you have a visa and green card or a temporary visa and green card for the wedding.
