dear sir,
i am traveling to the dr in december to fulfill my deceased wifes wishes to have her ashes put out to sea in the dr.
what regulations and procedures do i have to know to do this.
we are intending to rent a boat and go at least 3 miles out to put her biodegradable package with her ashes in it
