My ex wife decided during a vacation with our 7 year old son in Tegus that she would stay Permenantly in Honduras with our son of who we have shared custody.
According to Danish law it is an illegal act as she doesn't have my consent.
Apparently my son is now already a Honduran after max 3 weeks in the country.
Is that really possible an in accordance with Honduran law when a custody father hasn't given consent?
