Im a tanzanian graduate incommunity development,working with Tanzanian governmen at the local government. My specialization is facilitation on development at the local level thats community. I'm a master degree holder in community economic development,and also a holder of advanced diploma in gender and development. My interest is to be an academician involved fully in community development especially gender issues,and I beleieve by persuing a phd degree I will be in a good position to realise my dream. But my dream county to achieve this is in the society where everything is on gender bases,and that country is denimark. But I dont know where to start my journey
