My mother in Law suffer Heart Deseas and would like to enter Czech Republic to visit Specialized Heart Hospital or Clinic and will be accompanied by her Son.
What are the procedures to obtain Health Care Visitor Visa an also if you can provide us with Heart Hospital addresses.
Its not necessary to obtain Schengen Visa because we are going for Health purposes and can provide you with Hospital Report showing her problem.
