Please I need a help I'm in Cyprus and I Want to go back to italy but I don't have my passport here with me can I still go back to italy with out my passport I only have my I'd with me here and I'm a nigeria living in italy

Can i go to Cyprus with Italian permesso di soggiorno without visa.
I am a Filipino, I am working in Cyprus... I would like to visit my cousin in Italy, what should I do? Do i need to have an Italian visa?
