Authentication stamp of titles and passport, how to do this?
Hello Madam, María Gabriela Sánchez Arrieta,
I have been through the legalization process in Costa Rica. CONARE and UCR gave me a letter saying I have to now appear at the CR Embassy consulate to authenticate my titles and passport. Please provide instructions. I have to go to Atlanta? Where? Who? When? Can I do this by mail, or in person? I need an answer by July 8. Thank you,Constance W. Foss cwfoss@gmail.com 506 8670 8238. Currently in Costa Rica.
