Problem to contact
It is very hard to contact Embassy of Colombia in Viena. Nobody answer to phone calls, on-line visa application do not work properly.
Trying to reach somebody there last 15 days.
I have only one email answer from one month ago, after that like their Embassy is closed, or what.
