I wish to know how a person residing in Nigeria could obtain Colombian visa since it appears there is no Colombian Embassy in Nigeria. This I ask because I wish to visit Colombia during my next holiday.

IAM A STUDENT OF MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION AT EGERTON UNIVERSITY-KENYA.I HAD APPLIED FOR REQUESTING FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE AMBASSADOR ON 21ST JULY 2011.SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEED BACK YET TIME IS RUNNING OUT.THE APPOINTMENT IS AIMED AT DISCUSSING DIPLOMATIC ISSUES FOR A COURSE IN DIPLOMACY. I CHOSE COLOMBIA AS I REGARD IT A UNIQUE AND FAMOUS COUNTRY HENCE I HAVE A LOT OF INTERESTS IN IT.
PLEASE CONFIRM IF I CAN BE ABLE TO SECURE THE APPOINTMENT,
