to the colombian consulate staff. no one ever picks up phone there , how inneficient can you be ? youre an embarrassment and your ways to help the colombian traveler ,well..... third world does come to mind. discuss.
We can't make an appointment and they never answer the phone, please revamp and re-evaluate your system. Step it up, this is very embarassing.
Stop lying to people, the site to make appointments is never available and I know for a fact that you are not always busy. You should represent our country with respect and treating the people like this is a very bad image.
I would just like to say to those responsible at the Colombian Consulate, that you would do a great deal of good in helping and representing Colombia, by improving the way it handles its services. I have to say that I have never seen any government office be as inefficient, unpleasant, unprofessional and frankly embarrassing. The wait there is ridiculously long, the manner is which they treat the public is rood and inconsiderate, and trying to gain access to information or to get cooperation is next to impossible.
