Is the Chinese Embassy in Bangkok closed for a two-week holiday?
I told my friends in Thailand that I was planning to apply for a visa to China this week and to fly from Bangkok to Hong Kong and Beijing next week.

My friends say the embassy is closed for two weeks for China's National Day.

Do you think this is so?

We got Cheated By a Chinese Using a AM Bank, Malaysian Account
Dear Sir,

We Got Cheated By a Chinese Company Using AM Bank's Account Details. We went to Shanghai Exibhition on July 2012. There we got to know about some machines and we plan to purchase the same. They have send me bank details as follows
AM Bank, Berhad. Account name : Sumathi Elumalai. They told me that it is there sub company person's account and they asked me to transfer the fund to the details given by them. We have transferred USD 16000 to this account and they are saying that your mail is hacked and this is not our email id etc.... We are not able to believe that how come they are using your bank's details for these kind of cheating. When we have contact Malaysian Embassy in Chennai, India - they
told to send a official mail to the Bank and try to find to the details, if there is no response from your side then they promised to take the same to the Malaysian Governments notice. We are trying to find out the truth behind the same. We have
send the mail to Chinese officials also. Can you please help us to whom we should talk to regarding the same. Can we expect some help from you. Thanks in advance

Kind Regards
