salut! je suis Issoufi Toure réside a Bamako j'ai besoin bourse d'étude pour aller étudier en Chine merci.
j'aimerais me presenter à toute occasion de bourses chinoise au Mali. je suis un étudiant en Licence informatique de gestion à l'IUG-BAMAKO.j'ai des ambutions dans le domaine informatique,mais les moyens et les conditions me manquent.mon pays (MALI) est tres en retard dans ce domaine ,mais j'en crois qu'avec le secours des autres,mois je parviendrais un jour à faire quelques choses non pour moi seul,mais en general pour mon pays.
