I am a US citizen married to a Chilean and I have residency in Chile. I need to get a Chilean drivers license now. This requires Chilean Consolate validation of my education in the US. What documents do you require for that? Do I need to visit your office in person?
In order to get a student VISA, is it required to show proof of a round trip plane ticket? Or is it acceptable to only purchase a one way plane ticket since I am not sure at this point if I will be extending my visit at the end of the semester?
