Hi everyone I already apply twice to Canada for a single entry visa. Just to accompany my mother who have to undergo a eye surgery. And wanted me to go with her to help her after the surgery. Why they canadain embassy giving me a hard time.

Hello, I'm currently working in Suriname as an EXPAT, specifically from Philippines. I would like to ask how I can submit my visa application to Trinidad and Tobago visa office, since there's no Canadian embassy here in Suriname. Is it possible for me to apply even if I'm not a citizen of Suriname? In what way? Can I send my application through MAIL or E-MAIL? Please advise. Thank you very much!!!
