Whom Shall I Address The Envelope To?
why does a cruise ship passenger with a multiple entry visa for the U.S. going into Canada for a few hours then going back on the boat to return to America, needs to go through the extremely difficult and complicated process in applying for a Canadian visa. why a temporary entry permit cannot be issued on the ship or on the dock. Makes no sense.
