My citizenship certificate has been misplaced/loss.
what is the procedure to have a new issuance?
I completed all required forms for family class sponsorship and sent them to Mississauga Ontario, my application was approved and all was then sent to Trinidad Port of Spain embassy, now only a few months later I am being asked to complete /update several of the forms and redo the police security clearance and medical again. As well as go for an interview. Is this the usual procedure?

I was told by the consular officer in POS, Trinidad that I could complete form number CIT0058 and submit it online. There seems to be no option to complete and submit the form. Would a Canadian consular officer please clarify this information or post the exact link to the online application as I need to obtain these records to restore my dual citizenship. Thank you.
