I need to renew my passport
I am confused as to weather the Canadian embassy in Phnom Penh or not. When I go to the website listed here, it takes me to the thailand site. If the Phnom Penh one exists, can I get my passport renewed there?

I am needing to renew my wife's Canadian passport while living in Cambodia. The passport expires in Dec. '16. Approximately how long is this process?
