REGARDING MY JOB OFFER
This Agreement is made and entered between Dr. Revenkar Aanand a Canadian citizen with passport
number T-802614, and Mr. Ponny , A nationality of India with Passport
number HXXXXX, Incorporated under the Canadian employment Laws and labor union law, do
hereby agree upon the following terms and conditions.
 Position: Supervisor
 Duties: Your duty is to maintain the day-to-day activities of the factory and supervise the other
worker, taking record of their daily activities and make sure everything are well coordinated within
and report back to your employer.
 CONTRACT DURATION: The contract duration is two (2) years for a start and will be renewed
base on your performance.
 SALARY AND ALLOWANCE: You shall be paid the sum of $6,000 (Six Thousand Canadian
dollars only) monthly after deducting tax.
 ALLOWANCE: You shall be paid the sum of $500 Canadian Dollars weekly as feeding and up
keep Allowance
 Total net salary for a month is $8,000 Canadian Dollars (Eight Thousand Canadian dollars
 Salary shall be paid on or before 26th of every Month.
 There will be a 20% increment on salary annually
 Working days: Monday to Saturday.
 Working Hours: 9: am to 12: noon and 2: pm to 5: pm
 VACATION: You shall be authorized a 4 weeks fully paid vacation annually during the term of
this contract, to be used at your discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from your
employer.
 You shall be paid $ 2,000.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance during vacation. Travel shall
be by economy class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be
paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate
charged at the Period/time of purchase.
 OTHER BENEFITS INCLUDES
 A private office with a fixed land phone and computer
 Free well furnished accommodation
 Feeding allowance
 Free transportation.
 Free medical care
 VISA DOCUMENTS AND TICKET: Employer shall provide your flight ticket and all necessary
documents needed to facilitate the approval of your visa/ work permit.
 You shall be responsible for the payment of your visa/ work permit fee, this is to possibly evade
losses that may be accrued should you decide to decline Job offer all expenses must have been made
due to similar past experience.
 Employer shall reimburse visa fee incurred and pay one month salary in advance to enable you
take care of any local expenses before leaving for Canada. Employer shall only reimburse visa fee
and one month salary advance when your visa is confirmed to be ready.
 This employment shall only be confirmed when you have successfully pay for your visa to the
embassy.
 GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT: Unless otherwise stated in a
superseding document, The Employer shall maintain general administration and management of the
job and all progress reports should be addressed to him directly. This Agreement may be terminated:
(1) if the services stated therein are not rendered satisfactorily. (2) If the duration of the Agreement
stated therein expires and no extension has been given.
 This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects and
prior oral or written agreement and understanding pertaining to the employment of the employee and
the employer and shall be amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both parties
hereto.
