Mr.Dion ?
Who gave the order to Mr. Dion to steer up the pot of unjustified sanctions (acts of extreme belligerence and even war) against Russia, at the time Russia is literately saving the world from further escalation of war in Middle East?? If this is something he himself decided, then there is something very wrong with him, no doubt.
If looks are what project the persons' personality, disposition and even mental health, Mr. Dion is a very sick man. Yes he is intelligent, educated even experienced academic and politician, but this act of adding new sanction on Russia (no one is even talking about them in any country and if they do they talk about removal)is simply out of Canadian character (now that Harper, the tyrant and mouth-peace of NATO is out) thus indicates something very wrong, either with Mr. Dion or with country's direction, even though the new PM announced the new, progressive ways in dealing with the world.
As for new sanctions themselves, Mr. Dion you have achieved nothing but aggravate your country's relationship with the biggest and richest country in the world, that actually does not need yours at all. They are doing you a favor by dealing with you, not the other way around. Who takes your astronauts up there, for instance. Your misguided action will do nothing to change the right course Russia has taken last summer in drawing 2 key lines, one in Russian steppe and the other in Syrian sand.
The first one says: No more advances of NATO (their promises and words mean nothing to anyone any longer, for they are simply lairs of unprecedented proportions) towards sacred Mother Russia borders, ever again. The second one says: By defending and saving an independent country Syria, Russia will never again allow any sovereign country to be destroyed with impunity by anyone not authorized by the whole world via unanimous agreement at UN. So the bloody march towards the world hegemony by the usual suspect(s) is OVER.
Now in the light of this reality, what will those "sanctions" do for world peace, Mr. Dion?
For those of us who hailed the election of your new PM, this one step is a huge disappointment for it is wrong and useless in every respect. It only sullies the good start Canada made on the world scene.
One would suggest Mr. Dion be examined by few disciplines experts to make sure he is OK. There will be far more serious decisions to be made, so you don't want someone doing them to the detriment of your country and the world.

I THINK I AM IN DESEPTION
Dear Sir/ Madam
I am Mkrtich Muradyan from Armenia , Yervan .
Regarding immigration to Canada as a skilled worker I was introduced to company Globality Inc.
which was registered in Toronto , Canada . The founder of above mention company is Mr Avihai A . Burstein . For some initial application purposes I was asked to execute bank transfer to above mentioned company .So I made all payments (which is 8000 US$ ) to " 8192146 CANADA LIMITED ( GLOBALITY INC) " by the following modes
Bank transfer USD :

Corresponding Bank
Wachovia Bank N . A , New York City
Swift Code : PNBPUS3NNYC
BMO - Bank of Montreal
Swift Code : BOFMCAM2
Account # 2211-4791-652
Name : 8192146 CANADA LIMITED
There already past 2 year , yet I have no progress regarding the matter . Now I see that I have made the big mistake by trusting them . Sir / Madam note that all this time I was in contact with Mr . Ori Eldar and
partly with Ms. Dona Wijesinghe, their Paralegal .
Its already 7 months I insist on refund couse above mention company break all fixed time schedules and arrangements according to our Retainer Agreement .
The problem is that this company just delaing the time and I guess that they are not going to transfer back my money , yet in our Retainer Agreement they undertook to refund 100% of the fee if Globality not succeed in the process .
Kindly ask You to inform is such company "8192146 CANADA LIMITED ( GLOBALITY INC) " known to you by its founder Mr. Avihai A. Burstein and Mr. Ori Eldar .And how can I bring back my money?
For more information You can contact me any time You want .
My email is muchmuradyan@gmail.com ,contact numbers are +37477210021 , +37410258805
Many thanks in advance , looking forward to hear from You.
Best Regards
