I am a permanent resident here in the US working on my citizenship however, I am flying to Brazil and have a connecting flight in Toronto. WIll I need any type of special paperwork or Visa? . Thank you for a prompt reply .
My questions are:
Can I renew my Canadian drivers license and Canadian passport at this Minnestoa location while I am in the US? I am not able to get back to Canada before they both expire.
Also, how do I apply for a green card? Does it matter if I already have been issued a Social security number?
