I would like to verify if I have duel citizenship, US and Canada. My father was Canadian serving in the US Navy. My mother was a US citizen. It looks like I need my father's birth certificate or a Registration of Birth Abroad Certificate that my father may have completed for me in order to submit an APPLICATION FOR A CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE (PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP).
Would you be able to direct me on how to obtain a birth certificate for a deceased Canadian citizen, or how to obtain a copy of an RBA that may or may not have been submitted by him?
