I am disappointed with all the respect i have for the Deputy High Commissioner of Canada to Nigeria in Lagos before, I never know he will go so low to involved an agent to be collecting money on his behalf of the commission.
I am still finding it very difficult to see any good reason why the commissioner designate Mrs. Tonia Taiwo to collect some settlement (bribe) on behalf of the commission.
I expected the Deputy High Commission of Canada to Nigeria in Lagos to know that rotarians are humanitarian citizens involved in selfless service but appoimting Mrs Tonia Taiwo to collect visa bribe for rotarians is a very shameful act of the commission
