hello am just asking for help with a visitor visa to see my daughter i havant seen her for over a year now an next month is her birthday she is going to be five years old am asking as a mother to another mother or a father please my only wish is to see her for her birthday i no god answers pray an he will answer me am in an out of hospital because of high blood pressure last week i was in there onconcious for two days dont no were i was on when i come too all i could think about was if am going to see my baby girl again the doctor say that i am luck to be alive am praying because i dont know when an were this is going to happend to me again i hope you can fine some way to help me please she is my only daughter

The Canadian Embassy seems to be disorganized. It takes just too long for them to issue a visitor' visa.

All we need is communication. An email every one in a while about our Permanent Residence application would be good. On another note, if you sent your passport to the embassy and you want it back, you can go and request it. You can travel abroad and then resubmit it for visa processing.

Immigration visa
I wonder if this visa office is sabotaging applicants. They are very rude and they do not respond to questions or phone calls. People spend thousands of dollars for Canadian visa applications but get extremely poor service from the workers at the office. Kingston visa office is a poor reflection of Canada; a country described as being orderly and organized. Something needs to be done about the poor service that they give.

Hello, Can you help me and my two sons. We want to go back to Canada but their dad (my husband)won't let them go with me. I have a place to stay at in Canada and a job, but I went to Jamaica to stay with my children but they still want to go back to Canada with me and I do too. When I went to Jamaica my husband hid their passports in their grandmother's room (They live in their grandmother's house) and he won't give them to me because he wants them to stay in Jamaica. Please help me, me and my children want to go back to Canada together. How can I bring them back with me? They are Canadian citizens (born in Canada).
