my son got his multiple at the canadian embassy in june but his passport will expire on november 11th ,he will be unable to travel before next year will he be able to transfer his multiple into his new passport?

My mother had forward some doucment to

packagE, I had forward to her from canada
all requirements were listed and fees(PAID) UP in full. these document were hand deliver and she was Told would get reply with in (20 days) nothing so far. A called were made to visa office on Monday September 23rd Only to eb told they don't have her package don't arrvie as yet. This is very upseting to some MIDDLE AGE LADY that is trying to come amd vist her daughter and send sometime GETTING TO KOWN A DIFFRENT COUNTRY) WHY ARE THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE RUNNING THIS OFFICE SEEMS AS OFTHEY DON'T GIVE GOOD SREVICES AND THEY DON'T CARE) PEOPLE PAY THERE HARD ERANING MONEY TO GET THERE LOVE ONE HERE.
