i want to travel canada to visit .where to get visa form and how to submit the form
I'm a Sierraleonean but my family travelled to Canada in 2011.They sent me application for permanent residence in Canada which I was to fill and send it to Canadian embassy in Accra Ghana.I sent it in 2012 but sence then I haven't heard any response yet.So please help me because I want to be with my family. Gooday sir, is true is been quite long time i sent to embassy for an appell .my client needs it back,am so disappointd in the whole package.Because of this package i am backing off canadian visa.the client happens to be my own brother i feel so hurt.i await your reply soon.
please if one is in Ghana and want to submit his/her visa application.May I know whether is directly submitted to the canadian embassy or through some agents.
